As a Sous Chef at Hotel Seespitz, you’ll provide direct support to our head chef, stepping in when needed with enthusiasm and dedication. You’ll oversee all kitchen operations, actively contributing in various roles, and infuse our exceptional culinary offerings with your creative ideas. You’ll also assist in ensuring that the kitchen runs smoothly, upholding rigorous hygiene standards in accordance health and hygiene standards (HACCP), and prioritising occupational safety. Your profile:

  • Completed professional education
  • Work experience in a similar position
  • Passion for cooking and working in a modern, top-tier kitchen
  • Independent and autonomous way of working
  • Excellent organisational skills and leadership qualities
  • High guest and service orientation
  • Flexibility, ability to work in a team, and creativity
  • Well-groomed appearance
  • Good German skills
