Feel the freedom of the mountains

Fabulous powder snow, solitary peaks, and endless expanses. Only you and the rugged mountain world. The high alpine world around Ischgl with its steep deep-snow slopes is one of the largest freeride areas in Austria and also home to a whole host of panoramic ski tours. Let the “Piz Val Gronda” cable car E5 take you to the extensive freeride area and enjoy pure freedom off the groomed pistes.

Night-time tobogganing

Where childhood memories come back to life

Speedy fun, joyful laughter, and lots of snow: A fast-paced toboggan ride brings back fond memories from childhood. On the 7-kilometre night toboggan run in Ischgl, one of the longest toboggan runs in the Alps, you cover an altitude difference of 950 metres under the starry sky. This toboggan run in Ischgl is closed during the day – as alternatives we recommend the two toboggan runs in Kappl and See.

Ice skating and Bavarian curling

Glide weightlessly over the ice

Ice skating and Bavarian curling are special experiences in Ischgl – thanks to the unique ice rink at Silvretta Therme Ischgl. The 1,300m2 ice rink, which runs around the entire outdoor area on the first floor, promises fun, views, and enjoyment. The 247-metre-long rink features LED lights by Galtür artist Georg Salner, which show changing motifs and scenes. After an enjoyable spot of ice skating, treat yourself to a delicious drink at the ice bar and compete with your friends and family on the curling rink.
