Would you enjoy guiding a motivated and skilled kitchen team at an upscale 4-star hotel in Ischgl? We are looking for an experienced head chef to lead our top-tier kitchen crew. You’ll be responsible for coordinating workflow, managing our kitchen team, optimising staff and resources, and fostering a positive work environment in which everyone can cultivate their own talents. Additionally, you’ll curate menus for our gourmet half-board and actively participate in meal preparation and presentation. Your responsibilities will also encompass quality assurance, inventory management, and ensuring compliance with health and hygiene standards (HACCP). Your profile:

  • Completed professional education
  • Several years of work experience in a similar position in the upscale hotel or catering industry
  • High level of dedication and flexibility
  • Reliability, creativity, and ability to work in a team
  • A keen eye for quality, strong organisational skills, and a passion for exceptional service
  • Independent and autonomous way of working
  • Strong leadership skills and a motivational personality
  • Awareness for economic and environmentally friendly work practices
  • Interest in a long-term collaboration
  • Good German skills
