The most important information for your holiday

Arrival and departure

The rooms, suites, and apartments are available from 3 p.m. on the day of arrival. On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate the rooms, suites, and apartments by 11 a.m. In case of late arrival or early departure, the entire package price must be paid.

Cancellation policy winter 2021/2022

Uncertain times call for flexible solutions. As part of our carefree package, we allow you exactly this flexibility and provide you with worry-free holiday planning. We offer you the following cancellation conditions in winter 2021/2022:

  • Cancellation is free of charge up to 6 weeks before arrival.
  • From 6 weeks up to 4 weeks before arrival, the cancellation fee is 40 % of the cost of the booking.
  • From 1 month to 1 week prior to your arrival, the cancellation fee is 70 % of the cost of the booking.
  • Within the last week preceding the date of arrival, we take 90 % of the total agreed price.
  • Upon late arrival or early departure, we charge the full price.

If the general corona measures are tightened or borders are closed again and as a result you are unable to start your holiday, there will of course be no charge.

Our tip: take out travel cancellation insurance and take your "private guardian angel" with you on holiday.

Children’s rates

Children up to 3 years stay free of charge in their parents' room. Children up to 12 years receive a discount of 50%, and children up to 15 years get a 30% discount. Guests aged 16 and over staying in their parents' room enjoy a discount of 10%.

Food allergies

Do you have any special food wishes? Our kitchen team will prepare dishes suitable for allergy sufferers in accordance with your needs so that you can enjoy your holiday to the fullest. Please inform us in advance of any food intolerances.

Inclusive services

A large selection of inclusive services awaits you in our hotel. During your stay, you will be provided with cuddly bathrobes, terry cloth slippers, and sauna towels.


One parking space per room in our underground car park is included in the price. For each additional vehicle we charge an additional fee of 7.00 euro per day.

Payment conditions

For short stays up to 3 nights, we charge an additional fee of 10%. To confirm your booking, we ask for a deposit or disclosure of your credit card details as a guarantee. 

Payment possibilities

We accept cash, EC cards, and credit cards (Mastercard or Visa).


We have a special place in our hearts for animals, but out of consideration for other guests, we have decided to no longer accommodate pets. Thank you very much for your understanding.


All rates are per person and day including half board and all inclusive services. When booking a room with breakfast, we deduct 10.00 euros from the half board price.


Please note that smoking is not permitted in the room, dining rooms, or lobby.

Special services for skiers

You can obtain your ski passes directly at the reception desk and thus avoid long waiting times at the ticket counters of the ski areas. You can store your ski equipment comfortably and safely in the ski lockers with integrated ski boot heaters.


In the lobby and in all rooms, you have access to our Wi-Fi. The tickets with the access information are available at the reception.
