Everything you need to know for your stay of ease

Our rooms, suites, and apartments are available from 3 p.m. on the day of arrival. If you arrive after 8 p.m., we kindly ask to inform us by phone or e-mail.
On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate your room, suite, or apartment by 11 a.m. In case of late arrival or early departure, the full amount of your booked stay will be charged.

The following cancellation conditions apply to your booking:

• Up to 6 weeks before arrival, cancellation is free of charge.
• From 6 to 4 weeks before arrival, 40% of the booked stay will be charged.
• From 4 to 1 weeks before arrival, 70% of the booked stay will be charged.
• In the last 7 days before arrival, 90% of the booked stay will be charged.
• In case of late arrival or early departure, the full amount of your booked stay will be charged.

For cancellations of group reservations, we refer to the General Terms & Conditions for the Austrian Hotel Industry (AGBH).

Cancellations must be made in writing to be valid.

Despite all the anticipation, things don’t always go to plan. That’s why we recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance from Europäische Reiseversicherung. 

To finalise your booking, we request a deposit payment of 30% of the booked stay by bank transfer to our account.

At Hotel Seespitz we are happy to provide the whole family with a feel-good holiday. The following discounts for children and teens staying in their parents’ room crown your stay:

• For children up to the age of 3, we charge €15.00 per night and child.
• Children up to the age of 12 enjoy a 50% discount.
• Teens up to the age of 15 enjoy a 30% discount.
• Young guests from the age of 16 enjoy a 10% discount.

Do you have special dietary wishes or needs? Our kitchen team will be happy to prepare allergy-friendly dishes so that you can enjoy your holiday to the full. Please inform us in advance of any food intolerances and nutritional habits. A surcharge of €15.00 per day applies to vegan menus.

Our inclusive services provide you with a stay of ease and enjoyment. During your stay, you will also be provided with cuddly bathrobes, terry cloth slippers, and sauna towels. 

Arrive, park, check in, and relax. To keep your car warm and free from ice on cold winter nights, we offer you a free parking space per room in our underground garage right by the hotel. For each additional vehicle, we charge an additional €15.00 per day.

We accept payments in cash as well as with debit and credit cards (Mastercard or Visa). 

We love animals, but out of consideration for other guests we have decided to no longer accommodate them. Thank you very much for your understanding.

All rates are per person and night including half board and all our inclusive services. For overnight stays with breakfast, we deduct €10.00 from the half-board rate. For short stays, the following surcharges apply:

• 10% for stays of 1 to 3 nights,
• 5% for stays of 4 to 6 nights.

The local tax of €4.00 per person and night will be charged separately on site.

Please note that smoking is not permitted in any indoor area.

You can purchase your ski pass directly at reception and avoid long waiting times at the ticket offices. And you can store your ski equipment safely and conveniently in the lockable ski lockers with integrated ski boot heaters.
