Corona measures at a glance

Your safety and well-being are very important to us and have top priority in all planning. A holiday this year is slightly different from those of the last few years – that doesn’t mean it won’t be at least as exciting and enjoyable!

We are doing everything to ensure that you can enjoy your holiday at our hotel in a relaxing and safe manner. To make this possible we appeal to your personal responsibility – if everyone adheres to the safety measures and we take care of our own wellbeing as well as that of others, we will manage to master this current time together and soon return to everyday life.

We would be pleased to inform you about the safety measures at our hotel – needless to say we comply with the laws and regulations of the authorities and update the measures regularly.

Current cancellation conditions

Uncertain times call for flexible solutions. As part of our carefree package, we allow you exactly this flexibility and provide you with worry-free holiday planning. We offer you the following cancellation conditions in winter 2021/2022:

  • Cancellation is free of charge up to 6 weeks before arrival.
  • From 6 weeks up to 4 weeks before arrival, the cancellation fee is 40 % of the cost of the booking.
  • From 1 month to 1 week prior to your arrival, the cancellation fee is 70 % of the cost of the booking.
  • Within the last week preceding the date of arrival, we take 90 % of the total agreed price.
  • Upon late arrival or early departure, we charge the full price.

In the event of a border or hotel closure or a lockdown, you can cancel free of charge, even at short notice.

Sometimes things turn out differently and the booked vacation must be canceled or prematurely broken off. We want to spare you the associated costs and anger. Therefore we recommend taking out a hotel cancellation insurance from Europäische Reiseversicherung (including Covid coverage free of charge).

Our tip: take out travel cancellation insurance and take your "private guardian angel" with you on holiday.

General Information

Austria has already proven in summer that responsible tourism is possible during the pandemic. Now, as a responsible host country, Austria is also taking all necessary measures in winter. Therefore, more far-reaching regulations apply to protect against Corona.

In Austria, the 2-G regulation currently applies as follows:


  • The following vaccines are recognized in the EU: AstraZeneca, Johnson & Johnson, BioNTech / Pfizer or Moderna.
  • The EU-compliant vaccination certificate, the yellow vaccination card, a vaccination card and a printout or PDF (e.g. on the mobile phone) of the data from the e-vaccination pass - QR code are valid as proof of vaccination.
  • Immunization through two partial vaccinations: the validity of the vaccination certificate is 270 days. ATTENTION: From February 1st, 2022 the period of validity will be reduced to 7 months.
  • Immunization through three partial vaccinations: the period of validity applies - subject to changes - from the date of vaccination for 1 year.
  • Immunization through a vaccination - from the 22nd day after vaccination with a vaccine with only one dose (Johnson & Johnson), proof of vaccination is valid for 270 days. ATTENTION: As of January 3rd, 2022, the vaccination certificate for a single Johnson & Johnson vaccination is no longer valid. A booster vaccination extends the validity - subject to changes - to 1 year.
  • Immunization through vaccination of recovered persons: If there was a positive COVID test at least 21 days before the vaccination or if there is already evidence of antibodies at the time of the vaccination, the vaccination certificate is valid for 270 days from the time of the first vaccination. ATTENTION: From February 1st, 2022 the period of validity will be reduced to 7 months.

ATTENTION: The vaccines SputnikV, Sinovac or Sinopharm are not recognized by the EU.



  • A medical confirmation is valid for 180 days after an infection with SARS-CoV-2 has expired.
  • An official separation notice is also valid for 180 days.

CHILDREN: Children up to the age of 12 do not have to provide evidence. Children aged 12 to 15 who have not yet been vaccinated or have not recovered must show a valid PCR test upon arrival. During the stay, tests are required by law for access to the hotel, restaurants and also to the cable cars. No PCR tests are offered in the hotel. These can only be done at the doctor's or in the test street.

Entry regulations as of 16th January 2022


From Sunday, 16 January, against the background of the spread of the new Omikron variant, new rules apply for entry into Austria. For entry, a 2-G detection is required and additionally a current PCR test or booster vaccination.
- Children under 12 years of age: no 2G, no PCR test required.
- Children born after 31 August 2006: PCR test as part of the Ninja Passport.
- Pregnant women and persons who cannot be vaccinated for medical reasons: medical certificate + PCR test

I have COVID-19, what now?

COVID-19 is insured by the European Travel Insurance in the same way as any other unexpected serious illness.

Cancellation is possible if …

  • A guest has fallen ill with COVID-19.
  • A close relative or a person living in the same household is infected with the virus and needs urgent attention.
  • There are signs of suspected corona (fever or other typical symptoms) – even if the test result is subsequently negative.
  • A corona test is positive, but the person has no symptoms.
  • The guest must be quarantined because a relative or person living in the shared household is infected with the virus.

General hygiene measures

  • Surfaces, door handles, etc., are cleaned and disinfected several times a day.
  • All of our employees are required to provide 3G proof.
    In lifts there are passenger limits.
  • Disinfectant dispensers can be found at several locations in our hotel.
  • Seespitz A-Z: All important hotel information, interesting facts about what's on offer in Ischgl can be called up conveniently on site using your smartphone, tablet or notebook. Nevertheless, feel free to drop by the reception at any time - high security standards protect you!
  • Avoid risk – we ask you to stay below your personal limits of performance to avoid accidents and injuries.

Arrival and departure


  • On request, we offer you the possibility to check-in conveniently and easily from home.
  • On your arrival we will give you a warm welcome, but do not shake hands or hug you.
  • Please have your documents (vaccination certificate / confirmation of recovery) ready upon arrival. The 2-G rule is checked by the GreenCheck App!!
  • Your keys will be disinfected before you hand them over.


  • We also arrange the checkout to make it as convenient and fast as the check-in: you are also welcome to settle your hotel bill the evening before your departure.
  • The possibility of contactless payment.


  • You continue to enjoy our delicious pampering board! Of course, nothing will change in the high quality of the food. In the kitchen your dishes will be prepared as usual with the highest safety and attention to detail.
  • Mouth and nose protection, disposable gloves and disinfectants are available for free use.
  • All surfaces are of course thoroughly cleaned and continuously disinfected. This applies to the kitchen as well as to the entire buffet area and the dining room.
  • Each room/reservation has a designated table in our restaurant area.
  • Disinfectants are provided.
  • Please disinfect your hands before entering the buffet area, please wear a FFP2 mask.

Our spa area

  • All our wellness offers are at your disposal. Massages take place without restrictions.
  • Please disinfect the equipment in the weight room after use.
  • Due to the distance rules, there are no restrictions in the area of person capacities in the sauna or steam bath, but we appeal to your personal responsibility!
  • Opening times will be adjusted if necessary.

Your retreat

  • All rooms are cleaned to the highest level of hygiene according to the cleaning concept of the Hollu company.
  • Our staff has been trained in special hygiene measures.
  • Our housekeeping team thoroughly cleans, airs, and disinfects the rooms daily and after each departure.
