We would be pleased to inform you about the safety measures at our hotel – needless to say we comply with the laws and regulations of the authorities and update the measures regularly.

Current cancellation conditions

Uncertain times call for flexible solutions. Within the scope of our "carefree package" we would like to offer you exactly this flexibility and provide you with a carefree holiday planning. Therefore, a free cancellation is possible up to 6 weeks before arrival.

Cancellation is free of charge up to 6 before arrival
From 6 weeks up to 1 month before arrival, the cancellation fee is 40 % of the cost of the booking.
From 1 month to 1 week prior to your arrival, the cancellation fee is 70 % of the cost of the booking.
Within the last week preceding the date of arrival, we take 90 % of the total agreed price.
Upon late arrival or early departure, we charge the full price.

For group reservations we refer to the General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry (AGBH).

From 3 months to 1 month before the arrival date, 40% of the total arrangement price will be charged.

A cancellation must be made in writing, only then is it valid.

Sometimes things turn out differently and the booked vacation must be canceled or prematurely broken off. We want to spare you the associated costs and anger. Therefore we recommend taking out a hotel cancellation insurance from Europäische Reiseversicherung (including Covid coverage free of charge).
