Seespitz cuisine has exquisite offerings from kitchen and cellar. Whether it’s traditional Tirol dishes, or the many varieties of international cuisine.
Fresh produce, full to the brim with quality, is transformed in the hands of our team of chefs into epicurean delights, which are pleasing to the eye and to your taste buds.

Kulinarik

Our breakfast team aim to satisfy your every wish … and the buffet speaks for itself: a wide selection of fine teas, fresh fruit, bread rolls with home-made marmalades, Tyrolean cold cuts and cheeses, muesli, yoghurts and cereals. In addition, we serve freshly prepared egg dishes straight from the kitchen.

Fruehstuecksbuffet

Head chef, Nikolay Thauer, and his team give your taste buds a treat by presenting varied five-course menus and they will at the same time go out of their way to meet your individual needs and requests. If you have any special requests, would like to see the vegetarian menu, or a menu suitable for allergy sufferers, please ask, then you can enjoy our mouth-watering treats even more.
Choose from a cornucopia of fresh salads and hors d’oeuvres. Finest oils and essences of balsamic vinegar or truffles make sophisticated accompaniments. On Sunday evening, the Roller family invite you to a sparkling wine reception followed by a gala dinner. Delectable cheese specialities from the buffet, accompanied by various chutneys, make an excellent finale to the meal.

We serve the half-board menu between 18.30 and 21.00.
